[Operator entity and licence number to be confirmed against the official footer / licence certificate before publication.]

Before using our website (the “Website”), please read these Terms and Conditions, which set out the relationship between you as a player (the “User”, “You” or “Your”) and Winspirit, a licensed online casino (the “Provider”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”).

By registering at our Website, you confirm the following:

  • You are 18 years of age or older
  • You are playing for yourself and with your own money
  • This is your first registration at our Website
  • You have not self-excluded from any gambling website in the past 12 months
  • You have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions
  • All information you provide to Us is correct and can be verified; you understand that any incorrect information will void all winnings from your play at our Website
  • You are aware of and acknowledge the limits our Website places on the maximum prizes that may be won and/or withdrawn, as set out in clauses 7.6.5, 7.6.13 and 7.6.14 of these Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • Our Website
  • The servers, software, portal and database related to this Website and to any games, tournaments, lottery or betting offered
  • The game resources, elements and methods of gameplay used in the games, tournaments, lotteries and betting to which the User has access
  • Other services of the Provider, including support (the “Services”)

The method by which the Provider’s Services are accessed, including PC, mobile devices and other software or equipment, does not change the scope of these Terms and Conditions.

The Provider may amend these Terms and Conditions to reflect legislative changes, changes in the scope of the Services, changes in how user data is used and stored, and changes to payment and withdrawal policies. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of material changes through all available channels, but Users should review these Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Where other language versions exist, the English version prevails.

By using any material published on the Website and taking part in tournaments, lotteries or betting, you accept these Terms and Conditions and undertake to comply with them in full. You also confirm that you are familiar with the Privacy Policy, the Payment Policy and the KYC Procedure, which form integral parts of this agreement. Registration confirms your readiness to comply with the whole of the User Agreement, which also has legal force.

Users under 18 years of age (the “Eligible Age”) may not use the Services. Where local law sets a higher age of majority for gambling, the User must not register until reaching that age. The Provider may request documentary proof of age at any time and may suspend or block an account and refuse Service where proof is not provided or where it suspects a person under the Eligible Age is using the Website.

By accepting this agreement, the User undertakes not to breach the gambling laws of their country and not to open or use a Game Account while resident in any restricted jurisdiction. Territorial restrictions apply to: Israel, the USA, France, Great Britain, Belgium, Spain, Ukraine, Malta, Latvia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, the Netherlands, the Caribbean Netherlands islands (Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Maarten, St. Eustatius and Saba), Australia (where the User is physically present in Australia at the time of play), legally uncertain territories, and any other state, country or territory whose legislation prohibits real-money gambling (the “Excluded Territories”). Where depositing and playing for real money is subject to the laws of your country, you are solely responsible for complying with your local regulations. The Provider may amend the list of such countries without prior notice.

Updated versions of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and KYC Procedure are available in the Legal section of the Website. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the User authorises the Provider to share their personal data with parties involved in providing Services through the Website. Users are advised to keep copies of these Terms and Conditions and of any payment confirmation messages.

1. Definitions of These Terms and Conditions

1.1. The User is a client — a natural person with sufficient legal capacity to enter into the User Agreement, registered on the Website and entitled to use the Website’s offers under the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and KYC Procedure.

1.2. The Game is a multimedia product available on the Website and an independent copyright object of the game providers, together with the software, game resources, add-ons, updates and databases that form it.

1.3. The Tournament is a competition in games, held for an audience and offering prize money, which may form part of a larger event.

1.4. The Lottery is a type of gambling involving the drawing of numbers for a cash prize.

1.5. A Bid is an amount the User chooses to stake on the outcome of an event or group of events in the line; if the forecast loses, the User loses the right to reclaim it.

1.6. The Legislation is the law of the Republic of Curaçao together with the law of the state where the User resides or is domiciled.

1.7. The Content is the text, audio and video files, graphics, animation, images and other information created for the Website.

1.8. The Game Account is created when the User registers; it allows the User to place bets and deposit funds, and allows the Provider to identify each User.

1.9. Game Rules are the conditions under which the User takes part in the game process.

1.10. Tournament Rules are the conditions under which the User takes part in a tournament.

1.11. Lottery Rules are the conditions under which the User takes part in a lottery.

2. Health Problems Prevention

2.1. The User must stop using the Provider’s Services and accessing the Games if any of the following symptoms develop:

  • Epilepsy
  • Dizziness
  • Visual blurring
  • Eye or muscle cramps
  • Loss of consciousness
  • Disorientation
  • Cramps while gaming

3. Game Rules

3.1. The rules of each game on the Website are set out in the relevant section of that game.

3.2. The Provider permits the User to use the Games under these Terms and Conditions, subject to the territorial limitations stated here and in accordance with the Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and KYC Procedure.

3.3. The Games on the Website are operated solely by authorised representatives of the Provider.

3.4. The Provider determines the territory in which the Website operates and in which access to the Services and Games is provided.

3.5. The Provider may publish updates and new versions of the Games and may set their content at its sole discretion.

3.6. Game results are determined by a random number generator (RNG).

4. Tournament Rules

4.1. The rules of each tournament — including its mechanics, set-up, participation conditions and prize fund — are described in the “Tournaments” section of the Website. The User accepts those conditions on clicking the “Play Now” button.

4.2. Where the Provider’s administrators determine that a User places many bets each carrying a minimal expectation of winning, in order to build up bet volume with minimal loss of balance, the User will be suspected of fraud and will be immediately excluded from current and future tournaments, with their results reset. Examples of such a strategy in roulette include betting on every number or staking red and black at the same time.

5. Lottery Rules

The rules of each lottery — including its mechanics, set-up, participation conditions and prize fund — are described in the “Lotteries” section of the Website. The User accepts those conditions on clicking the “Play Now” button.

6. Responsible Gaming Behaviour

6.1. At any time, the User may request self-exclusion or a cooling-off period by contacting customer support via chat. Support will then provide instructions for activating the chosen restriction. You can also read more on the Responsible Gambling page.

6.2. At the User’s request, the Provider may apply a 24-hour cooling-off period to the account.

6.3. By requesting a cooling-off period, the User agrees to the following terms, which take effect from the moment they click the activation link sent to the email used to register the account.

6.3.1. During a cooling-off period the User cannot add funds to the account but can still log in and request a withdrawal of available funds. While cooling off, the User is not eligible for any wagering, benefits, bonuses or reloads.

6.3.2. When the 24-hour cooling-off period ends, the account is reactivated automatically and the User receives an email — valid for 5 days — inviting them to choose an additional self-exclusion period of 1 day, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months or indefinite. If no response is received within a further 24 hours, the account remains active with no restrictions. If the User opts for self-exclusion, the account is suspended for that period with no possibility of logging in.

6.4. Where a cooling-off period is already active, a self-exclusion request may be submitted only after that cooling-off period expires.

6.5. At the end of a self-exclusion period, the User may ask to restore the blocked account by logging in or contacting support and identifying the account to be reactivated.

6.6. Where the User asks the Provider to unblock an account, the Provider may, in exceptional cases and after reviewing the User’s gaming activity, do so — provided the User confirms sole responsibility for the consequences and waives any claim against the Provider for early unblocking.

6.7. If the User asks for the account to be closed and/or deleted completely and permanently, it will be closed with no possibility of reactivation. In very exceptional cases requiring careful validation, the User may begin a reactivation procedure subject to the User’s indemnities.

6.8. The Provider bears no responsibility if the User continues to deposit and play using previously unregistered accounts, or creates a new account using registration details entered differently.

6.9. On reactivation after a self-exclusion period, the User will not regain access to games, bonus funds or data entered into promotions, and the Provider cannot restore them.

6.10. The available account balance, excluding active bonuses, will be returned to the User’s credit/debit card, bank account or the payment-system account used for deposits, in line with applicable payment-processing requirements. If the available balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount required by the relevant payment provider, it will remain on the account until the minimum withdrawal threshold is reached or the self-exclusion period expires, after which the remaining balance may be paid out using a reasonable available method.

6.10.1. Play responsibly and stop in good time. Gambling can lead to dependence.

7. User’s Game Account

7.1. The User may register and open a Game Account on our Website.

7.1.1. To take part in real-money games, the User must register and deposit funds to their Game Account.

7.1.2. The User may play in the following currencies: EUR, USD, CAD, AUD, NZD, BRL, INR. A User may hold only one Game Account, in a single currency. Cryptocurrency may also be available, as specified in these Terms and Conditions or the relevant policy on the Website. To change currency, the User should ask support to block the old Game Account, then register a new account and select the new currency.

7.1.3. Once the old account is blocked, only the new Game Account may be used. Available bonuses and player level remain unchanged.

7.1.4. The Provider may determine the payment service providers that receive funds and make payments on behalf of the Website.

7.1.5. Even for supported countries, the Provider cannot guarantee that card payments will succeed in every case, as issuing banks may block or reject transactions at their discretion.

7.1.6. Only one account is permitted per person, household, building, mailing address, phone number, IP address, family and device. Where this is breached, or where multiple registration, collusion, syndicate play, fictitious accounts or the use of front men is suspected, the Provider may change or end any bonus offer, cancel winnings, and block or close one or all of the User’s accounts.

7.1.7. If the User notices that they hold more than one Game Account under different names, they must contact support immediately.

7.1.8. Accounts are opened by completing the registration form. The Provider may refuse to open a Game Account.

7.1.9. When completing the form, the User must confirm their identity, email address, username and a unique password. All information provided at registration or later, including during any deposit, must be true, valid, accurate and complete; otherwise the account may be blocked or closed.

7.1.10. The User must choose a username and password to access the Website and must not disclose these to third parties.

7.1.11. The Provider is not responsible for damage to the account caused by another person’s unauthorised use of the password or for unauthorised access. Any transaction entered with the correct username and password is treated as valid. Users should change their password regularly. The Provider’s representatives never ask for passwords. Users are advised to disable browser password storage to keep anti-malware, antivirus and firewall protection effective, and to notify the Provider immediately on any loss or unauthorised use of the password.

7.1.12. Loss of a password, or a decision to stop taking part in games, tournaments, lotteries or betting, is not a basis for any compensation.

7.2. Funds are released to the User’s account created on this Website.

7.2.1. The Provider does not provide loans for participation in the Games.

7.2.2. The User confirms that funds deposited to the Game Account belong to the User and are not of criminal, illegal or unauthorised origin. The Provider may request proof of the source of funds on a case-by-case basis.

7.2.3. The Game Account is not a bank account; no insurance applies and no interest is paid on its balance.

7.3. Payments are credited to the User’s Game Account in line with winnings.

7.3.1. Where winnings or bonuses are credited in error, the amount will be deducted from the account. If the User withdraws funds before the Provider becomes aware of the error, that amount becomes a debt owed to the Provider. The User must notify support immediately of any erroneous crediting.

7.3.2. The Provider may verify any payment by requesting scanned copies of an ID card, utility bills and the front and back of the credit card (with the first 6 and last 4 digits visible and the CVV2 covered).

7.4. Depositing: at the Cashbox, select the deposit method and amount and follow the instructions. The Provider offers VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards and various alternative methods; most card payments appear as “Winspirit” on statements. The Provider charges no additional deposit fees, though the payment system or bank may apply its own.

7.5. Funds are withdrawn from the User’s Game Account.

7.6. Withdrawals to any account, bank account, debit/credit card, wallet or other payment option that does not belong solely to the User are prohibited, to prevent transfers to persons not duly identified under anti-money-laundering rules.

7.6.1. Any part of the available balance may be withdrawn, subject to clauses 7.6.3, 7.6.5 and 7.6.14. The User must send a withdrawal notice from their Game Account.

7.6.2. Winnings are withdrawn to the User’s account. Processing and confirmation usually take from 30 minutes up to 24 hours, and in exceptional cases up to 72 hours. Transfer to the User’s bank account then takes from 1 hour to 3–5 banking days, depending on the payment system and country; transfers to e-wallets take from 1 hour to 24 hours. The Provider processes withdrawals 24/7, though some payment systems have weekend restrictions, and is not responsible for delays on the side of payment gateways and banks after a request has been processed.

7.6.3. The minimum withdrawal amount is the equivalent of 50 USD.

7.6.4. The Provider’s representatives do not accept withdrawal requests by phone or email.

7.6.5. The maximum payout per month is 25,000 EUR (or the equivalent in the account currency). The Provider may request additional documents for large withdrawals; such documents are reviewed within 1 to 3 days.

7.6.6. Depending on the method, a withdrawal may carry a fee, and the User’s bank may charge for related services. Bank transfers may, in exceptional cases, attract charges from intermediary banks that are outside the Provider’s control. The Provider itself charges no withdrawal fee or commission. The User is solely responsible for all fees and taxes applicable to their winnings under the laws of their jurisdiction.

7.6.7. Withdrawals are made in the same currency used to fund the Game Account.

7.6.8. Users may not deposit or withdraw funds where the system is used as a means of money transfer.

7.6.9. The maximum time for processing a withdrawal request is up to 7 business days.

7.6.10. Funds are withdrawn by the same method used to deposit, unless the Provider is unable to do so or decides otherwise.

7.6.11. Where the User deposited using several methods, the Provider may split the withdrawal across those methods and process each part through the respective method, at its discretion and in line with anti-money-laundering rules.

7.6.12. The Provider may set and change minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, with details announced on the Website within 14 working days of the new conditions taking effect.

7.6.13. The maximum the User may deposit per 24 hours is 100,000 USD (or the equivalent in the account currency). Deposits above this may be cancelled and returned by the Provider.

7.6.14. The User may withdraw a maximum of 2,000 EUR per week, subject to clause 7.6.5. This may be increased based on the User’s activity and status in the project.

7.6.15. The Provider may reject a withdrawal request, pending investigation, where it suspects funds are being withdrawn for fraudulent or money-laundering reasons.

7.6.16. Regardless of the maximum withdrawal amount in this section, the maximum is further limited by the limits of the payment method the User chose when depositing.

7.6.17. The User may deposit only to use the Services and may therefore withdraw winnings, not the deposited funds themselves. Users who deposit or withdraw without wagering will have their funds blocked until further notice. Different commission rates may apply depending on the payment system.

7.6.18. Any deposit must be wagered three times before a related withdrawal is available. Where several deposits have been made without any gaming activity, the total of those deposits must be wagered three times before withdrawal; otherwise the Provider may refuse the withdrawal until wagering is met.

7.7.1. If the User closes their account, the Provider returns the available funds, less the withdrawal fee.

7.7.2. The Provider determines the method of compensation.

7.7.3. The Provider may withhold and delete bonuses credited to the User if they are not used within 30 calendar days of crediting.

7.7.4. If there are no transactions on the account for 6 consecutive months, it is treated as inactive. The Provider will email the User one month in advance. Once inactive, a 10 USD (or equivalent) administrative fee is charged per month, which may eventually reduce the balance to zero. Such fees are refundable only on proof of a health impediment or other reasonable cause during the inactive period.

7.8.1. Access is provided only to persons who have reached the Eligible Age. The Provider may suspend the account until age is confirmed. If no confirmation is given, or if verification shows the User was under the Eligible Age but used the Services, this is a gross breach and the account is closed: transactions are void, bets are cancelled, no payment or refund is made to minors, and all winnings obtained while under the Eligible Age are lost.

7.8.2. The User may not:

  • Use the Website under another user’s account
  • Transfer their account, or buy, exchange or receive accounts from other users as gifts
  • Use someone else’s contact details to send information (spam)
  • Deposit money from third parties (in particular relatives, friends, spouses or partners)

8. Special Provisions Relating to Bonuses

8.1. To reward Users, the Provider may from time to time offer bonuses (deposit and non-deposit), free spins, tournaments, lotteries and other promotions. All Users receive a bonus on their first and second deposits. Detailed terms are set out in the Bonuses section of the Website.

8.1.1. Users may receive further bonus offers by email, through social networks or individually from the Website.

8.1.2. All Users have access to a weekly cashback of up to 10%, depending on the User’s level; details of the level system are in the VIP section of the Website.

8.2. Where the User holds unredeemed bonuses, withdrawals are available only after the bonus has been fully wagered. If a withdrawal request is created, all active gifts are lost with no possibility of recovery.

8.2.1. Each bonus has its own wagering conditions, shown in the description of the offer (via the “i” icon) or on the Bonus Terms and Conditions page. Not all bets count toward wagering: reel slots generally count 100% (except jackpot games, accumulation games and some others), while roulette, board games, poker, blackjack and live-dealer games count 0%. These values may change.

8.2.2. Games excluded from wagering are marked accordingly — for example with “Game disabled for wagering bonus” on the game card, or a “Game for real funds only” warning on entry.

8.2.3. To confirm the current, accurate wagering value for a specific game, contact support.

8.2.4. The wagering contribution of a bet may differ between games and is specified in the rules of each bonus; read each bonus’s rules carefully.

8.2.5. When wagering is complete, the bonus-balance amount linked to the active bonus moves to the cash balance and may be withdrawn at any time. Wagering progress can be tracked in the Cashier (via “Get Bonus”), in the site header under your nickname, or in the menu. Bonuses are wagered one at a time.

8.2.6. The Provider may review transaction history and logs at any time and may cancel bonuses where bonus abuse is detected.

8.2.7. Where the Provider’s administrators determine that a User uses a bonus or promotion solely to secure a guaranteed result using known low-risk wagering methods, the measures below may apply and the User may be excluded from current and future promotions.

8.2.8. For transparency, the following non-exhaustive examples are treated as unacceptable during bonus wagering:

  • Delaying game rounds to a later time with no wagering requirement
  • Leaving large bets on the table and returning only after wagering is complete
  • Cashing out before meeting all the requirements of a promotion
  • Providing incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification details
  • Holding more than one active account at the casino
  • Being suspected of fraud against payment providers
  • Cheating, or using electronic devices, software or automated systems against the casino
  • Being identified as a bonus abuser exploiting a system bug to withdraw promotional money
  • Using excessive double-ups to increase winnings
  • Creating multiple accounts using a VPN or masked IP to claim more promotions, bonuses or offers — all bonuses carry a minimum deposit, a maximum bonus amount, wagering requirements, a maximum qualifying bet and a bonus lifetime, unless stated otherwise

8.2.9. Important: to limit high-risk wagering, each bet placed during bonus wagering must be no more than 20% of the original active bonus amount. If a larger bet is placed, only an amount equal to 20% of the bonus counts toward wagering. A bonus’s maximum activation term does not exceed 14 calendar days.

8.3. The maximum amount of winnings that may be withdrawn from a non-deposit bonus balance is the equivalent of 50 USD, unless the promotion states otherwise; amounts above this are written off. Withdrawal of such winnings is possible only after a deposit from a personal credit/debit card. Where a User has accepted bonuses or received winnings exceeding the equivalent of 2,000 USD, the Provider may limit the related withdrawal to a maximum equivalent of 2,000 USD.

8.4. Where bonus abuse under clause 8.2.8 occurs, the Provider may annul and cancel all existing bonuses and bonus winnings and immediately block the account.

8.5. A valid phone number must be provided at registration to confirm identity. If the User cannot be contacted, bonus use may be restricted and the Game Account blocked.

8.6. Default wagering settings are stated in each bonus description; some bonuses have unique settings, also shown in the description.

8.7. The Provider may change, amend or supplement the bonus terms at any time. It is the User’s responsibility to check them periodically. See the Bonus Terms and Conditions and Promotions pages for current offers.

9. Requests Are Sent in the Following Cases

9.1. To clarify the rules of games, tournaments, promotions, lotteries or betting, or the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy and KYC Procedure.

9.2. To report errors in the Website’s operation, including technical problems and game or lottery failures, where these do not depend on the User.

10. Responsibilities of the User

10.1. The User is solely responsible for informing themselves about the rules in their country that may prohibit registering or wagering on the Website.

10.2. If the User does not accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy or KYC Procedure, they must stop playing and using any material on the portal.

10.3. The User must observe the Provider’s intellectual property rights. Copying, distributing, transmitting or publishing text, images, audio or video without the Provider’s prior written consent is prohibited.

10.4. The User must follow the Provider’s instructions in any game, tournament, lottery or betting. Failure to do so entitles the Provider to suspend, restrict or terminate access.

10.5. The User may contact customer support via chat or email to file complaints about the Services. Complaints are handled by the support department and escalated to executive management where support cannot resolve them immediately; the User will be kept reasonably informed of the status. The Provider recognises complaints only from the account holder, and complaints must not be passed to or sold to a third party, failing which the Provider may reject the complaint.

10.6. The User may use the Services strictly for personal, non-professional purposes, on their own behalf and not for any other person or company. Use for commercial purposes or by a corporate player is prohibited. Where a breach of this clause is suspected, the Provider may change or end any bonus offer, cancel winnings and close the accounts involved.

10.7. The User must compensate the Provider or other Users for losses caused by the User’s unlawful actions.

10.8. The User must notify the Provider of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by other Users.

10.9. The User must regularly review the updated Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, KYC Procedure and other Website addenda.

10.10. The User must deposit only from accounts, systems or cards registered in the User’s own name. If a security check finds a breach, all winnings will be seized and returned to the Provider, the payment means will be blacklisted with no further ability to receive funds, and the account may be blocked or closed at the Provider’s discretion.

11. Users Are Not Allowed

11.1. To study the source code of the games, tournaments, lotteries or betting, make corrections, or create derivatives, without the Provider’s written consent.

11.2. To give third parties, including family members, access to any Website offer through their account.

11.3. To use the Website under another Game Account.

11.4. To transfer their Game Account, or buy, exchange or receive one as a gift.

11.5. To use another person’s contact details for mailings (spamming).

11.6. To make deposits from third parties (in particular relatives, friends, spouses or partners).

11.7. To use the games in a way that interferes with their normal operation.

11.8. To use bots, cheats or other programs that hinder the normal functioning of the Website.

11.9. To carry out fraudulent actions for the User’s advantage, including using stolen, cloned or otherwise illegally obtained card data when depositing.

11.10. To engage in any criminal activity, including money laundering or any activity with criminal consequences.

11.11. To collude, or attempt or intend to collude, directly or indirectly, with any other User in any game on the Website.

11.12. To act as a representative of the Provider.

11.13. To distribute copies of the games for any purpose, including providing access or download links.

11.14. To translate a game into other languages without the Provider’s written consent.

11.15. To publish advertising, commercial offers or other information on the Website without prior agreement with the Provider.

11.16. To post information or use links on the Website. It is also forbidden:

  • To use abusive language
  • To share third parties’ personal data without consent
  • To threaten violence or bodily harm
  • To promote extremism or use nationalist or similar slogans
  • To direct offensive remarks at other users
  • To publish material containing violence, cruelty or racial hatred
  • To use malicious programs or post links that may contain malware
  • To publish any information the Provider considers inappropriate or objectionable

11.17. To use the Services or software for any illegal or fraudulent activity or transaction (including money laundering) under the law of your jurisdiction. The Provider may suspend or block your accounts and withhold funds at any time, and you waive any claim against the Provider in such cases.

11.18. To use a Game Account to stash money.

11.19. To use third-party payment systems. The casino is not responsible for funds lost through deposits from or withdrawals to third-party payment accounts, and may void all resulting winnings where a security check finds a breach of this rule.

11.20. Any person engaged by the Company on any basis — including consultants, contractors or service providers — who has or had access to the Company’s internal systems, confidential information or operational processes is prohibited from using the Website for personal gain or in any way that could create an unfair advantage. This includes playing with their own or third-party funds and any attempt to withdraw or benefit from such activity. In case of breach, the Company may suspend or terminate the account, restrict or forfeit withdrawals, and apply any other appropriate measures.

12. Rights of the Provider

12.1. To limit the functionality of the available games, tournaments, lotteries or betting, in whole or in part, at its discretion and at any time.

12.2. To limit, expand, supplement or modify any game, including any element, without prior notice.

12.3. To modify a game, tournament, lottery or betting and to create and install new software to improve or change the game process without prior notice; adding features may suspend access to certain parts.

12.4. To manage the Website and the game process, and the technical characteristics of any element, at its discretion, and to suspend or change the game process without prior notice.

12.5. To change or delete information posted by the User within the Website at any time.

12.6. To limit or block the User’s access to a specific game, tournament or lottery where the User breaches the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy or KYC Procedure.

12.7. To inform the User of any non-compliance during the game process through all available channels of communication.

12.8. To notify law-enforcement authorities of the User’s breaches of current law.

12.9. To transfer, assign, sublicense or pledge its rights under these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, to any person without notice, provided the assignment is on terms no less advantageous to the User.

12.10. To suspend, recall or cancel any payout or winnings related to bonus money where it suspects an attempt to abuse them.

12.11. The Provider will take reasonable measures to identify and exclude collusion and its participants and will act against them. The Provider is not liable for loss or damage suffered by any User as a result of collusion, fraud or other unlawful or fraudulent conduct, and may act at its sole discretion.

12.12. If you suspect collusion or fraudulent activity, you should inform the Provider by email as soon as possible.

12.13. The Provider may immediately block your account (including username and password) without prior notice if:

12.13.1. Your account is linked to a blocked account.

12.13.2. Your account is linked to existing blocked accounts — entitling the Provider to close the account however it was linked and block those credentials. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, any balance will be returned on request after withholding any amount you must return to the Provider.

12.13.3. You attempt to hack the system or take part in a conspiracy to commit fraud.

12.13.4. You have interfered with or manipulated the software of the Provider or its contractors to gain an unlawful benefit or information, or with other criminal intent.

12.13.5. You use your Game Account for purposes illegal under current law (for example, accessing the Website from a country where gambling is prohibited).

12.13.6. You are suspected of collusion with other Users.

12.13.7. Your actions relate to fraud against other online casinos or payment systems.

12.13.8. Your actions relate to a refund or cancellation of card payments.

12.13.9. You are suspected of other types of fraud.

12.13.10. You have been declared bankrupt in your country of residence.

12.13.11. You provided false information during registration. In such cases the Provider disclaims any obligation to refund funds in your Game Account, may inform the relevant authorities, and may require your cooperation in the investigation.

12.14. In cases of suspicious or fraudulent deposits — including stolen cards or other fraud such as refunds or payment cancellations, or depositing to exchange funds between payment systems — the Provider may block the account, cancel payments and collect all winnings. It may inform relevant authorities and credit-information agencies and may use collection agencies for refunds. The Provider is not liable for any unauthorised use of cards, whether or not theft was reported.

12.15. The Provider may request identity documents from any User, who may be required to complete verification in their personal account. Editing photos with any software is strictly prohibited. If the requested documents are not provided within one calendar month of the request, the Provider may seize the account balance and close the account. The Provider will take reasonable steps to inform Users in good time of the need to verify.

12.16. If the User refuses to complete verification required by the Provider’s security rules, they may request payout of the last deposit to the card registered in their name.

12.17. Where the Provider believes the account is being used for purposes other than intended, such as storing funds, it will give notice through all available channels and, after 7 calendar days, may write off winnings, return the deposit less commissions, and block the account.

12.18. The Provider may close a Game Account and refund the balance, less relevant withdrawal charges, at its absolute discretion and without any obligation to give a reason or prior notice.

13. Guarantees

13.1. Under these Terms and Conditions, the Provider guarantees the User access to the Website’s games, tournaments, lotteries and betting, and the use of the Services.

13.2. The User warrants that, under the law of their country, they are entitled to use the games and take part in any tournament, lottery or betting.

13.3. The User warrants that they will use the Website’s offers in moderation, with rest breaks, to prevent health problems and avoid gambling dependence.

14. Liability of the User

14.1. Breaches of the rules of the games, tournaments, lotteries or betting, or of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy or KYC Procedure, may result in the following.

14.2. Loss of the right to use the games or take part in a tournament, lottery or betting; blocking of the Game Account; and withdrawal of funds from the Game Account without notice.

14.3. Liability where the User breaches the applicable Anti-Money Laundering legislation.

14.4. The User may not assign, sublicense, transfer or encumber any of their rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Any such encumbrance forfeits all the User’s rights against the Provider. Where transfer of the User’s rights or obligations is deemed lawful by law or court decision, all withdrawals must be made through the same payment method and details chosen by the User when depositing, to ensure anti-money-laundering compliance.

15. The Provider is Disclaimed from Liability in the Following Cases

15.1. Where the User uses any game portals to take part in a tournament or lottery.

15.2. The Provider does not guarantee continuous access to games, tournaments, lotteries or betting, or uninterrupted operation of the portal.

15.3. The Provider is not liable for delays in the functioning of games, tournaments or lotteries caused by Website malfunctions, natural disasters and similar events.

15.4. The Provider makes no guarantee that:

15.4.1. All options on the Website, and their quality, will meet the User’s expectations or requirements.

15.4.2. The Games and Services will be uninterrupted, free of viruses and defects, or that errors will be fixed if detected.

15.4.3. Use of the Content and participation in games will be entirely safe for the User’s health.

15.4.4. The Website’s offers will be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

15.5. The Provider may periodically make changes to improve the quality, features, graphics and technical characteristics of the games.

15.6. The User bears all risks associated with using the games and is liable for any damage to their device, software, operating system or data resulting from use of the portal.

15.7. The Provider is not responsible for content posted by Users on the Website or for any other actions of the User in any game, tournament, lottery or betting.

15.8. The Provider is not responsible for the consequences of clicking links posted by other Users, or for Users’ use of third-party content or installation of third-party software.

15.9. The Provider is not liable for:

15.9.1. Unlawful actions of Users that prevent others from using the game content.

15.9.2. Statements published by a User, including disrespectful statements about other users.

15.9.3. Loss of access to an account (username, password and similar).

15.9.4. Lack of internet access at the User’s end and the quality of the User’s internet provider.

15.9.5. Direct or indirect losses, or loss of profit, resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the games or other resources.

15.10. The Provider’s liability to the User is limited to an amount not exceeding the payments received by the Provider from the User from the moment the circumstances giving rise to liability arose until they cease.

16. Intellectual Property

16.1. The Website contains material and tools — including technology, design, software, text, interfaces, images, video and sound effects (the “Content”). All intellectual property rights (the “Rights”) belong to the Provider.

16.2. From the moment these Terms and Conditions take effect, the Provider grants the User a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access, view and use the Website’s offers, including tournaments, lotteries and betting and other Services.

16.3. Users may not download (except where proper use of the Website requires it), copy, record, publish or distribute the Website Content.

17. What Else Should the User Know

17.1. By connecting to the network or making a PC accessible through the games, tournaments, lotteries, betting or Services, the User grants the Provider a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, irrevocable right to store, publish, print, distribute, reproduce, adapt, modify, transfer and use that PC for commercial and advertising purposes.

17.2. By making a PC accessible to other Users through the games, tournaments, lotteries or other Services, the User agrees that:

17.2.1. Any part of the PC that includes any of the Provider’s IP objects remains the Provider’s property.

17.2.2. The User may not provide other users with any material or data belonging to third parties.

17.2.3. The User may not connect a PC that infringes the IP, confidentiality or other rights of third parties or that breaches these Terms and Conditions.

17.2.4. The User’s PC must comply with all legal requirements and contain no illegal or offensive material that could harm the Provider’s reputation.

17.2.5. The Provider is not liable for Users’ PCs and does not provide PC support.

A User caught laundering money may have their account suspended or closed and all available funds withheld. No withdrawal is possible until the User is verified in their personal account; verification usually takes from 2 to 24 hours unless additional checks are required. See the Verification page for the list of documents.

18.3. To withdraw winnings, the User undertakes to deposit funds to their Game Account at least once.

20. Errors or Flaws

20.1. While using the Services, circumstances may arise where a bet is accepted or a payment is made with an error on the Provider’s part — for example, incorrect betting conditions due to an obvious error or omission when entering information, a computer failure, or an error in calculating winnings or returns due to you (including errors in manual or automatic data entry).

20.2. The Provider may limit or cancel any bet.

20.3. Where you have used money credited to your account in error, or transferred to you for later bets or games, the Provider may cancel such bets and any related winnings. Where such amounts have already been paid to you, they are treated as entrusted to you and must be returned immediately on request.
